Baba Ramdev Recently Launched Coronil Kit which he initially marketed as treatment for Covid 19 before the intervention of Ayush Ministry. Now the CEO of the company Acharya Balkrishna comes up with a statement that Coronil never was a medicine or Cure for Corona but patients who administered it were cured of Corona after using it for 7 days. So what he means to say is we didn’t make a medicine for Corona but randomly tested some Ayurvedic Product on patients and miraculously the patients all recovered. Even the Utharkhand Government issued a Notice to Patanjali groups as it had sort permission for a license for immune Booster but out of the blues Patanjali claimed Coronil was a Medicine that cured patients suffering from Covid 19.

While the scientists all over the world are scratching their head for a cure for Novel Corona Virus here is our Baba Ramdev Making claims that he has found a cure for the Pandemic.

Here are some facts Checks Why I done trust Baba Ramdev and its brand of Patanjali Products.

1. Ramdev’s Patanjali products fail quality test, RTI inquiry finds

As per an RTI ( Right to Information ) filed with Haridwar’s Ayurveda and Unani Office Patanjali’s Divya Amla Juice and Shivlingi Beej were substandards products which didn’t  meet the prescribed quality standards. As per the laboratory report 31.68% of foreign substances were present in both Patanjali Shivlingi Beej and Patanjali amla juice. Also the pH value was less than the limit prescribed.

Between 2013 and 2016, 86 samples were collected for Patanjali Ayurvedic medicines out of which 32 failed the quality test.

2. A West Bengal Public Health Laboratory carried out a quality test on its Product Patanjali Amla Juice and it failed to meet the quality standards after which Armed Forces’ Canteen Stores Department (CSD ) Suspended its Sales.

3. Thirdly Ramdev Baba has made a claim to cure HIV and Homosexuality with Yoga which it’s is bizarre as we all know Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is not a curable disease. National AIDS Control Organisation actually dismissed his claims thereby throwing light on his murky and irresponsible claims.

4. The CEO of the company and a close Associate of Baba Ramdev is also a controversial character. Apparently his High School Degree and Sanskrit Degree from Sampurnanand Sanskrit University, is nonexistent on records.

5. Once while Promoting Patanjali Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil the company claimed rival companies were selling mustard oil mixed with oil processed from solvent extract with neurotoxin containing Hexane. The claim was never actuated with evidence.

6. Besides The Indian Government even Nepal Government asked Patanjali Ayurvedic Products to recall 6 of its substandard products with immediate effects. The list includes Aswagandha Churn (AGC 081), Amla Churna (AMC067), Bakuchi churna (BKC011),  Divya Gashar Churna (A-GHC131), Triphala Churna (A-TPC151) and Adivya Churna (DYC 059).

So, all these points makes Patanjali a subject to controversy and while the world is united to find a cure for the virus here is some Baba playing petty politics for financial gains. Patanjali is nothing but a business establishment with a mere goal to make profits. So, just because it plays with your emotions of being and India brand, don’t fall for it. Make sure you analyze and study it’s compounds used before actually trying it. Don’t fall for substandard products just because some Baba recommends it to you.

Schezwan is a spicy blend of Indian and Chinese Ingredients made of dry chilly, onion, celery leaves, star Seeds also known by the name staranise, star anise seed, Chinese star anise, garlic, etc. No Chinese food is complete without the use of Schezwan Sauce and as such it is one of the widest variety of sauces use for preparing Chinese dishes around the world.

Lets start with the ingredients required for preparing the Sauce.
1. Oil depending on the quantity of sauce to be prepared for cooking. The more the oil the more is the durability of the sauce.
2. Finely chopped onion.
3. Finely Chopped Celery Leaves.
4 Finely Chopped garlic.
5. Grind Star Anise  Seed.
6. Salt as per taste.
7. Sugar as per requirement.

First of all heat the oil, once it is heated add the finely chopped onions and garlic and fry it till it is light brown in color. Now add the chopped celery Leaves into the oil and stir it for about 5-10 minutes. Make sure to cook the ingredients in slow heat. After about 10 minutes add the star masala powder ,salt and sugar according to the quantity of sauce your are preparing. Now stir the sauce regularly and cook the sauce for about 20-30 minutes. After about 2-30 minutes of cooking the sauce a fine aroma of the star seeds. Now lastly you need to add the dried chilly powder paste and cook it for another 10 minutes. You need to stir the sauce gently all the while or else the bottom part might just get burned and spoil  the flavor. Once every thing is cooked perfectly you get a nice thick paste like formation which can be stored for about 1-2 months in a jar inside a refrigerator. Virtually you can use the sauce for preparing just about any thing, be it pasta or Momo. If you like the sweet spicy flavor than I would highly recommend trying any form of Schezwan Recipe and I promise you will not regret .

 I even asked the doctor if I need a chest X ray or do I need to take any cough medicines. The doctor jokingly told me that everything is ok but if you more money than go for a chest x ray. He just asked me to take the prescribed medicine for 10 days and revisit him after 10 days. So, I bought the medicine which costs about Rs.98 for tablets and started using it. The medicine needs to be used after food and before going to bed. AS the drug makes you drowsy, it is highly recommended not to use alcohol after administering the drug. 

Some people also may be allergic to the active ingredients, so even though it is an OTC drug, I would suggest consulting your doctor before using the drug. As far as the drug is concerned I just used it for about 6-7 days and the symptoms disappeared. I did complete the full 10 days course as recommended by my physician and today I am all fit and fine thanks to this simple medicine my doctor prescribed me. So for any seasonal problems such as cough and cold, sneezing, runny nose ,etc I would highly recommend using Lecope- M tablets. My mother is a Diabetic patient Type II and she has been suffering from this dreaded disease for over 10 years now. You know how hard life is once you contact this disease. Epson L565 Inkjet printers review

When it comes to printers, I strongly recommend Epson Printers; Epson L565 is my third Epson printer after L800 and L805 and I must say there is nothing better . L565 is an all in one printer which provides scan (upto 4800 DPI), Copy, Print and Fax. It also provides WIFI connectivity besides the normal USB Cable connection mode.

Priced around Rs.17000, I must say it is one of the best printers for home or for small business (i.e- office, café. Etc). Epson L565 uses four colour tanks, i.e- Yellow, Magenta, Cyan and Black and though it is not a photo printer but the printing quality is immaculate and can be compared to L800 or L805.  So as far as printing is concerned no other brand can beat Epson (I also have a Canon G2000, and comparatively the printing quality is so much better).

The only problem I feel is the printing speed which is a rather slow when you compare it to Epson L800 or Epson L805.

Let’s move on the scanning functionality, it provides scan resolution up to 4800 DPI so you can imagine the precision with which it can scan documents, yes it is a bit slow comparatively but it also provides lower resolution scanning which is fast an smooth. Also it has inbuilt PDF and Email scanning functionality, so you don’t need additional software’s to convert your JPG to PDF. So overall I would still rate Epson L565 a better all in one printer than other brands.

I don’t use the Fax service so I wouldn’t be able to tell about it.

Normally with Epson L800 or L805 the warranty provided was 3000 pages or 1 year which ever was earlier but with Epson l565 it is 30,000 pages or 1 year whichever is earlier. This is one reason I was impressed with the printer and so, far after using it for about a month, I must say it hasn’t let me down.

When he was a Yoga Guru I had plenty of respect from him but with the luanhc of Patanjali Products and Baba Ramdev Entering the business world, I lost all respect for him. Like very one else he also is into money making.

Most of his products are chemical based but marketed as chemical free, the pricing also is high and not consumer friendly so how do we analyze his business tactics. He is just another entrepreneur trying to use our Indian culture and background to make money.  He just is trying to compete with the multinational companies like Hindustan Unilever, Dabur, ITC, etc using the Swadeshi Sentiments.

Most Patanjali products are expensive compared to its peers but since it has the swadeshi tag people are bend to buy it. I don't feel Patanjali products have any good value for money and like any other company it is more a profit making organization .

Patanjali Amla Juice contains sodium benzoate , Is it safe ?

Patanjali Amla Juice contains preservatives  sodium benzoate which is an artificial food preservative used to preserve food , soft drinks and fruit juice. So to start with Patanjali Amla juice claiming to be healthy and natural is false as the amount of preservative used in the juice also isn't stated.

How can it be an Ayruvedic product when it recently failed a laboratory tests for the amount of chemical used in the Amla Juice. Patanjali Products claims tall of being healthy and natural but like any other product it uses chemical preservatives which is toxic for the body.

sodium benzoate is used by most food industry for preserving fruit Jams, Soda, fruit juice, etc and is generally recognized as safe by US FDA.  But the point is the amount shouldn't exceed 0.1 % and in Patanjali Amla Juice, we actually don't know the percentage of Sodium Benzoate used which actually makes it an unsafe and scary product to use.

Recently I too used a bottle of Patanjali Amla Juice, and honestly  I didn't find any kind of change after using it for a month. Thought it was a herbal and ayurvedic product which wouldn't harm my body by after searching online I found out that it contains plenty of sodium benzoate which if used excessively can damaged you organs . So I have stopped using Patanjali Amla Juice and would rather drink a healthy glass of water with lemon juice than go for such products which are just a marketing strategy to boost sales.

So don't be fooled Patanjali Juice is not an healthy or natural Amla juice but a chemically preserved commercial product.

Patanjali Products like any other multinational products are commercial and just for profit motive. I don't see any other motive besides profit when we see the pricing and quality of the product. No way Patanjali products are cheap and as far as quality is concerned it isn't as good as it use to be when the company first started doing business.

Panderm Plus Cream is use for treatment of fungal infection specially side patches for boys. I had been using Fourderm cream all these years but off late may be the fungi has developed a resistance against the cream and so it just isn't effective at all. Normally the fungal infection use to disappear after two or three use of Fourderm Cream but now it is completely ineffective so I had to switch to something new and that's when my pharmacist suggested using Panderm Plus Cream.

How to use ?

Using panderm Cream is pretty easy. Wipe clean and dry the infected area, if possible with dettol or other antiseptic solution, and gently massage the cream around the infected area. Don't rub or use nails for itching for at least 10-20 minutes after using the cream. You will see the result just in 20 minutes of using the antifungal cream. The itching will subside and you will get relieved from the itchy and disgusting side patches.

Pander Plus Side Effects

As far as side effect is concerned there was no such experience. i was very much comfortable using Panderm Plus Cream and would recommend users based on my experience. In cas of any form of rashes, swelling, hives or other skin infection after using the antifungal cream, stop using it immediately and consult your doctor.

Fluka- 150 is an antifungal over the counter medicine manufactured by Cipla in India. Summer times it is very common to develop fungal infection, side patches, etc due to excessive sweating and heat. Previously I was using Fourderm cream for dealing with these fungal infections but of late it stopped working and I had to resort to oral tablets to stop the growth of these fungal infections.  No doubt Fourderm cream was one of the best medicines i ever used but I guess the fungal bacteria have developed themselves and not the medicine is no more effective.

Anyways moving on to the use of Fluka 150, it is an OTC drug which was prescribed to me by a general physician and was to be used once every week for a period of one month. Fluka-150 is pretty effective and works well from the very first week of using the drug. From the third day itself it started showing results and side patches started reducing.

AS far as side effect is concerned, I didn't suffer from any kind of problems at all. I just administered the drug after food at bed time and everything was normal. Dizziness, nausea, vomiting, rashes, etc didn't appear and life was pretty normal after using Fluka-150Mg tablets. 

Every week for a month I used the OTC drug and for about 2 months I was free from any form of fungal infection but after two months the fungal bacteria resurfaced and I again had to start using Fluka-150. So even though it is a good drug but it is not a permanent solution to your fungal infection and some day or the other it will start resurfacing once you stop administering the drug.

Avoid using Fluka-150 on empty stomach and consult a doctor if you suffer from any allergic reaction on using  Fluconazole tablets.

Allegra D is used for fighting seasonal allergies ( Hay fever and upper respiratory allergies) for children and adults. Children's Allegra comes in liquid form and should be used as per direction. In no case should you administer more than 40 ml during a period of 24 hours. Normally 2 table spoon ( 20 ml) should be administered with cold water at an interval of 12 hours. for children between 2 years to 12 years a single table spoon ( not more than 5 ml) should be administered at an interval of 12 hours.

Children's Allegra liquid should not be used for children below the age of 2 years.

Allegra D Side Effects

Nausea , muscle pain, tiredness, upset stomach, menstrual cramps, drowsiness are some of the not so serious side effects associated with the use of Allegra D.  In case of any serious side effects such as hives, rashes, swelling of lips, face or tongue, problem of breathing on using Allegra D , stop using it immediately and consult a doctor. In case of any serious effects not listed here, it is advisable to stop using the drug and consult a doctor immediately.

Patients suffering from liver disease and kidney problems should consult a doctor before using Allegra. Consult a doctor if your are pregnant or lactating. Patients suffering from kidney problems and liver diseases shouldn't use the drug without prior consulting your doctor. Using Saridon causes dizziness so avoid using the dug while driving or operating heavy machinery.
